Rogue Valley Homeschool Opportunities at North Mountain Park



Families living in the Rogue Valley that homeschool their children have the opportunity to use the Nature Center's Discovery Kits or register for a special field trip day at the park. Groups may sign up for Service Learning or Service only. Field trip days are scheduled each fall and spring. On these days, homeschool students enjoy the same field trip presented to Ashland elementary students in a given season.

  • Register my child Note: Once your registration account is set up, click on "View Activities" and select North Mountain Park Nature Center for the "Location" (located in the top left corner), select the age-appropriate "History of the Rogue Valley for Home-schoolers" program.
  • Pre-Trip Activities: Geology material will be made available in September.
